Weigh-In, week 3

After 3 weeks of eating no carbs, then low carbs- I am 4 pounds from my goal weight.



I am not going to the gym and I'm totally cheating everyday with one or two cookies from Mia's snack stash, so id say things are going well. It also helps that the hubs has been making me some yummy egg salad and vegetables so I stay on course.

4 more pounds!!

Congrats! I don't think I was ever 130 - I went from a size 14 (kids clothes) to a size 6. I am jealous haha.

Good for you for sticking with it - what are your plans once you hit your goal weight?

Woohoo!! Don't you feel like those last few pounds are the most difficult to drop? I have about 2 pounds left to lose (don't make fun - I have a tiny frame and weight is very noticeable on me) and I know it's going to take me a while still. I don't know how you do it without going to the gym - you have so much willpower with food. Congratulations!!

OMG... congrats! That's a number I'll never see... but so awesome! I hit 146.5 yesterday and almost did a flip and once I hit goal of 145... I'm trying to get back to the lighter 142 :)
